Change order

To change or cancel the order, please call us on 8 800 200-40-70, preferably 24 hours before the expected delivery date. If the florist has already created a bouquet, then changing or canceling the order is not possible.

If the order is canceled by the customer, then the seller refunds the order cost, minus the expenses of the florist and transaction costs in the amount of 10% of the order value (applicable when the order was paid with a card).

Change in the composition of the order by Florist.ru. Depending on the season, region or delivery, some flowers or gifts may not be available, however it is possible to replace the quantity, assortment and composition of flowers with ones being an equivalent in quality and cost. This allows us to complete the order without delay.

In case when gifts, decoration or packaging are not available in the selected delivery city, our florist will select a replacement at the equal price without prior approval.
