Surprise Delivery

This option is for those who want to make a surprise delivery.

In order for the delivery to be completed on time, you must specify:

Full home or work address of the recipient.
The time interval (at least 3 hours) during which the recipient will be at the specified address, given that most of the flower shops that execute your orders work during standard business hours (10:00-19:00).
We do not recommend selecting this option if you are not sure of the correctness (accuracy) of the recipient's address or are not sure that the recipient will be at this address during the time period you specified (at least 3 hours).
In the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the courier will wait for 15 minutes.
The order is delivered to the recipient personally and cannot be left with neighbors.
When delivered to a work address, the order can be left at the reception or with colleagues, subject to confirmation of the presence of the recipient at work on that day.

If the delivery was not be carried out due to an inaccurately specified address, the absence of the recipient at the specified address during the specified period of time, or due to an obstacle that did not allow the delivery to be carried out safely (closed front door, access control system), the re-delivery has to be paid for.

After 24 hours from the moment of unsuccessful delivery, flowers and delivery have to be paid again, since flowers are perishable goods.

Preliminary coordination of the time and address of delivery is mandatory on holidays and weekends and other time periods full with deliveries, if the recipient is in a remote location.
